I once heard another agent say, "I'm not a tour guide". So, you expect someone relocating to call you to buy the house, but not to find out about the area? Hmmmmm.......
Well, he may not be a tour guide, but I am! There's something exciting about getting to be the person to introduce someone to my little corner of the world. When someone calls me because they are relocating to Cookeville and they want to see houses, the "tour guide" service comes automatically. I mean really, what is more fun than showing someone the best local restaurants, the historic areas, or the best places to shop? I've even arranged for a relocating nurse to tour the hospital! Because I grew up here in the Cookeville area, I know where everything is and I love to share it with others. From the best fishing holes to the best place to go hiking, I have the inside scoop. When you are relocating, you are not just buying a house. You are also buying into a community. I recognize this, and go above and beyond to be the best "tour guide" in the Upper Cumberland.
