Record Number of Open Houses Tomorrow in Cookeville
This weekend is the nationwide Realtor Open House weekend, and the agents here in Cookeville have really jumped in with both feet. In fact, there are going to be so many tomorrow that I'm pretty sure it has to be the record.
When I looked through the local newspaper tonight, I counted 53 open houses scheduled for tomorrow in Cookeville. That may not sound like a lot if you live in a big city, but we usually only have about 15 open houses on any given Sunday in Cookeville. I would love to see the buyer's faces tomorrow when they open the newspaper and try to figure out which open houses to visit!!!
I will personally be holding two open houses tomorrow, and you'll definitely want to stop by since I serve delicious cookies. :)
My first open house will be from 12-2pm at 163 Big Springs Circle, Cookeville:
From 2:30-4pm I will be at 4412 South Creek Rd, Cookeville.
