Racing 'Round the Real Estate Track
Have you ever watched a dog running as hard as they can possibly go? I mean, all-out, full tilt. You know, with their back legs up somewhere around their ears and their front feet somewhere in the vicinity of their backside? You have to give it to dogs, because they don't do anything half-assed.
Anyway, that's exactly how I felt today. I don't like to do anything half-assed either, and I don't like to keep my clients waiting. Today I was running full tilt from dawn to dusk. I had three offers come in. One had to be presented to a seller, and two had to be submitted on one of my foreclosure listings. On top of all that, I had HUD docs come back on one that's under contract. All that info had to go over to the loan officer so we could keep that deal moving at full speed.
I also had a listing that needed correction, a listing to show to a new buyer, and I was scheduled for floor duty.
That's a lot to juggle in one day, and still make each and every client feel like they are the only client in the whole world.
Fortunately for my clients, I'm built for speed and have the determination of a pitt bull.
